This Privacy Policy explains how cdcomfort Custom Furniture (“cdcomfort”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you contact us, request a quotation, place an order, receive delivery/installation, or use our digital channels.

- WhatsApp Business, phone calls, SMS
- Email and social media messages
- In-person consultations and site visits
- Forms you submit (e.g., consultation or quotation forms)
2) Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to serve you and run the business.
A. Information you provide
- Identity & contact: name, phone number, email, address, company name (if B2B).
- Project details: room measurements, preferred styles, materials, colors, budget range, timeline, installation details.
- Files & media: photos, videos, inspiration references, sketches, floor plans you send.
- Order & payment details: quotations, invoices, deposit/payment confirmations, transaction references (we do not want your PINs or passwords).
- Messages: the content of your communications with us (calls, chats, emails).
B. Information we collect automatically (website only)
If you use our website, we may collect:
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, basic analytics.
- Cookies: small files used for site functionality and analytics (you can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work properly).

If we use cloud services or tools hosted outside Rwanda, your information may be processed in other countries. We limit sharing to what is necessary and use reputable providers.
